1 pkg. English muffins
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 can crab meat (drained)
1/4 t. onion juice
Sprinkle of Accent
Few shakes of tobasco sauce

Mix together all ingredients except muffins and paprika.
Spread mixture on English muffin half; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or slightly golden.
Muffins may be cut in half or quartered.
