2 Tbsp. butter
1 med onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp.dry mustard
1/4 cup water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Then
pour over ribs, pork chops etc.
