Pizza dough--see recipe below Pizza sauce Grated Mozzarella cheese Grated Italian blend cheese Pepperoni or Sausage
Use a pizza stone for best results. Put stone in oven near the top and preheat to 500º. Work dough into shape and place on a pizza peel. Add sauce and cheese. Place your favorite toppings on cheese and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from stone with peel and let it rest for a couple minutes before cutting into pie shaped slices.
