6 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned & pounded thin

For Butter Stick -
3/4 c butter
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp minced onion
salt and pepper to taste

For breading chicken -
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 c margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape butter mixture into 6 finger size sticks and freeze. When chicken is ready place 1 stick into center of each piece of breast and roll breast to enclose butter stick.

Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Brown in butter and bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes.
