3 eggs
3 c sugar
3 tbsp milk
1/4 c flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
4 c Rhubarb
9" pastry lined pie pan
t tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400º

Beat slightly 3 eggs. Add 3 tbsp of milk. Mix and stir in 2 c sugar, 1/4 c flour and 3/4 tsp nutmeg. Mix in 4 cups of cut up rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pan. Dot 1 tbsp of butter. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
