1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
dash of pepper and pinch of oregano
1/4 c. instant oats soaked in 1/4 c. milk
beef bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef with first 4 ingredients. Shape into 4 or 5 patties (oval) fry in a little oil until lightly brown. Remove from pan. Pour off most of fat. Make gravy with tablespoon of flour and cup of water which has 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in it. Return patties to gravy. Put in 4 small or 2 large potatoes, quartered. Cover with tight lid and simmer 30 min. or until potatoes are done. Add more salt if needed.
