2 pounds of ground beef
¼ Cup of Lime Juice
½ tablespoon of Cumin
½ Tablespoon of salt
6 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
½ Cup of Sour Cream
2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your grill for direct High heat. Combine the meat juice and spices together. Form the meat into 6 patties and grill to your liking. During the last 2 minutes of grilling top the burger with the pepper jack cheese. Once off the greill smear a little sour cram on each burger and top it off with some sliced avocado.
