1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 large sweet onion, 1/2-inch slices
4 slices of Swiss Cheese
4 crusty white or whole wheat rolls, split
Lettuce
2 Tablespoons of Garlic Salt
Brew Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 cup beer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sauce ingredients and microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes until bubbly; set aside.
Shape ground beef into four patties. Brush onions with a little oilive oil and place the slices on the grid over medium coals. Grill onions, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add patties; continue to grill, until the burgers are cooked to your liking, turning occasionally. Sprinkle the burgers with the garlic salt while they are on the grill
About 2 minutes before burgers are done, brush generously with Brew Sauce; and top with cheese. Line the bottoms of each roll with lettuce. Top each burger with grilled onion and Brew Sauce, and devour.
