Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg yolk
1/4 C. grated onion
¼ C. Grated Green Bell Pepper
1/3 C. Finely Diced Mushroom
1 garlic minced clove
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices Provolone or White American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee Onions, Peppers and mushroom on a skillet with a tbs. of olive oil. Allow veggies to cool and combine with the beef, egg yolk, salt and pepper. Mix lightly, using your hands, don’t over work. Shape into 6 patties.

Grill over medium high coals to your desired level of doneness. Top it off with cheese during the last 3 minutes of cooking to allow the cheese to melt.

Bun it up and serve.
