Salad:
2 bunches bok choy, cut up fine (leaves & stalks)
2 to 4 bunches green onions, sliced thin

Topping:
4 bags (3 oz) Ramen noodles, broken (uncooked)
1/4 c. sunflower or sesame seeds
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Dressing:
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Salad: Toss together to mix.

Topping: Melt butter, fry noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds until brown.

Dressing: Blend all ingredients for dressing and mix with salad and topping just before serving.
