6 pork chops
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can beef consommé soup
2 soup can measures water
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops; drain on paper towel. Melt butter in oblong baking dish, pour in uncooked rice.
Lay pork chops on top of rice, pour in soups, and 2 cans of water. Spread bell pepper, celery, and onions on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice is done.
