3/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Mix first six ingredients together and pour in a casserole baking dish. Cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with crumbled Ritz crackers and drizzle with a little melted butter.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I usually mix my ingredients and pour in the casserole dish and put in the microwave for about 6 - 8 minutes. This will shorten the baking time. You mainly just want to get the ingredients bubbly and the cheese melted.
