2 small cans Veg-All, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake approximately 30 minutes and allow mixture to get nice and hot. Remove from oven and top with cracker crumbs and pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
