1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. water
Chow Mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger with onions and celery, salt and pepper to taste. Mix with remaining ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350º for approx 1 1/2 hours. Serve with Chow Mein noodles on top. Ketchup if desired.
