2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk with 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake: In a separate bowl combine flour and sugar. In a saucepan, bring margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. Pour over flour/sugar and mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in 10x15" pan and bake at 400º F for 20 minutes. Frost while hot. Frosting: In a saucepan, bring margarine, milk and cocoa to a boil. Add powered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over hot cake.
