5 c cooked chicken
2 T salad oil
2 T fresh orange juice
2 T vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 c cooked rice
1 1/2 c small green grapes
1 1/2 c sliced celery
13 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c slivered almonds
1 1/2 c mayonnaise

Before serving, mix all ingredients together.

Add drained juice to your mayonnaise and pour over all ingredients.
