Directions:If you don’t have Graham Cracker Crumbs, don’t worry. Just take a few Graham Crackers and put them inside a sealable plastic bag and lightly karate chop the bag about 100 times. Now if you don’t have Graham Crackers around the house, then worry… I mean you’re screwed. How do you expect to make the crust?
Mix your crumbs with the sugar and the butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at the crust 350 F for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until everything well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each one is just until blended. Work in the sour cream. Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake the cheesecake for about 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate at least. Top it off with those grilled cherries and garnish it up, Baby! |

Notes: A couple of recipes ago, I told you to go to the bakery and buy a cheesecake. I would like to apologize about that. It was unfair of me to cheat you from a delicious cheesecake recipe that you could make in your kitchen, with your family. Please forgive me. For all of you Culinary Adventurers, here is my recipe
I stole this recipe from someone… I forgot who, so I am going claim its mine.
