"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
5 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
If you don’t have Graham Cracker Crumbs, don’t worry. Just take a few Graham Crackers and put them inside a sealable plastic bag and lightly karate chop the bag about 100 times. Now if you don’t have Graham Crackers around the house, then worry… I mean you’re screwed. How do you expect to make the crust?

Mix your crumbs with the sugar and the butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at the crust 350 F for 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on
medium speed until everything well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each one is just until blended. Work in the sour cream. Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake the cheesecake for about 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate at least. Top it off with those grilled cherries and garnish it up, Baby!

Personal Notes:
A couple of recipes ago, I told you to go to the bakery and buy a cheesecake. I would like to apologize about that. It was unfair of me to cheat you from a delicious cheesecake recipe that you could make in your kitchen, with your family. Please forgive me.
For all of you Culinary Adventurers, here is my recipe

I stole this recipe from someone… I forgot who, so I am going claim its mine.
