Aunt Nellie's Pearl Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
2 T butter
2 T flour
Milk
2 jars pearl onions
Seasoned bread crumbs
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix butter and flour until sticky paste. Add milk slowly and alternate with grated cheddar cheese.

Drain onions under cold water. Stir in milk/cheese mixture.

Place in baking dish and top with cheese and seasoned bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
