First of all, go to the best bakery in your neighborhood and buy a ready made cheesecake (make life easy on yourself)

After you buy the cheesecake, Here’s what your gonna need:
1 Pound of Fresh Bing Cherries
¼ Cup of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice

Directions:
Rinse off and dry your cherries, and start cutting the cherries in half. If you take a close look at Bing Cherries, they sometimes look like, well… a Butt. So when you are slicing them in half, split the “Cheeks” and Cut the butt… and remove the pit. Toss the slice cherries with the Lemon Juice and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then re-toss the cherries with the sugar until everything is evenly coated, and let bowl sit out, at room temperature, for 30 minutes. Prepare a hot grill, and you might want to use a grilling screen for these. Put the cherries on your grill screen and continuously move and toss the cherries around the heat for about 5 – 7 minutes.

Transfer the cherries to the top of the sliced cheesecake and love it.

I proclaim myself to be the “Godfather of Grilled Cherries”. I mean, I am the only person that I know who has ever literally grilled fresh Bing Cherries. I am willing to bet that you don’t know anyone else either. So as the “Godfather” of this particular grilled fruit, I will share with you possibly the most perfect dessert after a great meal off the grill.
