Ingredients:
1 pound of Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons of Chili powder
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of salt
One Small onion, diced
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
˝ Cup of catsup
1 Can of Red Kidney beans, with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the meat with the dry spices. Cook the spiced meat in a large skillet, after the meat turns grayish-brown add the onions and garlic. Use a wooden spoon to break up the chunks of meat and keep everything moving. Drain off the grease, and then mix in the can of beans and the catsup. Keep stirring and bring it to a boil. Simmer until you are happy with the thickness of the chili and you’re done.

Bowl this up with some sour cream and shredded cheese on top and you may not look that stupid after all.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It is not my intention to offend anyone with the name of this recipe. Besides, the people who would be offended are too stupid to know that they are even being insulted. My point is, this is a very easy chili that really delivers on taste.
