Flour
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together except for flour. Put flour in a large sealable baggie. Dry pork chops off with a paper towel and place in the baggie. Shake to cover chops with flour.

Heat large saute pan over medium heat. Coat with oil. When oil is hot add chops and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Remove chops, add a little of the flour mixture to the skillet. Then add the chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly. Add buttermilk, stir until mixed, then add chops. Simmer until chops are done.
