2 pounds chicken, white meat (2 - 4 pieces)
1 - 2 onions, diced
2 - 3 cans white Northern beans
1 - 2 4-ounce jars green chilies
1 tablespoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cumin
3 cloves garlic or 1 tablespoon, minced
1½ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon ground cloves, optional
3 cans chicken broth
Sour cream (garnish)
Monterey Jack cheese,grated (garnish)
Salsa – “El Paso” garden pepper homestyle
Tortilla chips

Cook chicken and pull apart. Microwave chopped onion. Add beans, chilies, garlic and spices. Add broth until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
