Ingredients:
SLICES OF BREAD
EGGS
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions:
CUT A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF A SLICE OF BUTTERED BREAD WITH A ROUND COOKIE CUTTER. PLACE SLICE OF BREAD IN A BUTTERED HOT SKILLET. CRACK EGG AND POUR INTO THE HOLE IN THE BREAD. COOK UNTIL EGG IS SET. TURN OVER AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.

Personal Notes:
THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MY HUSBAND LOVED TO COOK FOR THE KIDS WHEN THEY WERE YOUNG. I COULDN'T' DO A COOKBOOK WITHOUT PUTTING THIS IN IT.
