2 10. oz. packages chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten well
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch broccoli in hot water until thawed and somewhat tender. Drain and mix with other ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake @ 325 for 35 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown.
