4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch, heaping
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk or 2% milk
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 baked pie shell

4 egg whites
1/8 -1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons marshmallow cream
(May use Meringue Magic recipe)

Sift sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa. In a double boiler whisk egg yolks. Add sifted dry ingredients. Whisk. Add milk slowly, whisking out lumps. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie crust.

Beat egg whites until almost stiff; add cream of tartar and gradually add sugar. Beat. Add marshmallow cream. Beat 7 minutes. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
