Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 cups chopped pecans Cinnamon 2 cups bisquick 1/2 cup applesauce 1/3 cup milk

Directions: |
Directions:Place 2 teaspoons butter, 2 teaspoons brown sugar and about a tablespoon of chopped pecans into each of a 12 cup muffin pan. Sprinkle cinnamon in each cup. Heat in oven until melted. Mix baking mix, applesauce and milk until dough forms. Spoon mixture into cups. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and be careful when turning pan over to remove the biscuits. Ingredients are hot. Serve warm and enjoy. |

Notes: I would usually mix up a sugar glaze of powdered sugar and a little milk to pour over biscuits as they came out of the oven. I found this recipe in a magazine and changed a few ingredients to suit my taste.
