1 cup water
1 lb. brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1 lb. jar honey
24 oz. soy sauce
1/4 cup burgundy wine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water. Add sugar and ginger. Stir until blended well. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat thoroughly.

Cool before pouring over meat. Great to use on chicken, beef or pork.
