Basic Crepe Recipe from Breads & Muffin Section

1 c butter
1/2 c confectioners sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 c Conitreau

Directions:
Directions:
Fold crepes into quarters. Melt 1 cup butter in a large skillet. Add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, grated rinds of lemon and orange and 1/2 c of Cointreau. Heat until mixture bubbles. Add folded crepes and turn in mixture until hot and well coated. Heat 1/2 cup Cointreau and pour over crepes. Set aflame. Serve when flames die.
