2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli OR
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach for Florentine
4-6 cups chicken, cooked and shredded or diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
-1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 butter
1 can water chestnuts, sliced, optional
cup white wine, optional

Cook broccoli or spinach. Grease a 9X13-inch casserole and put broccoli across bottom. Place chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder; spread over chicken. Layer water chestnuts and cheese next. Melt butter and stir into bread crumbs. Spread on top. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.
