8 c. Apples, chopped and unpeeled
1 c. Pineapple Chunks
2 c. Seedles Green Grapes
1 1/2 c. Toasted Pecans
1 tsp. Poppy Seeds
1/4 c. Oleo
1/4 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
2 tbsp. Water
1 c. Mayonnaise or 1/2 c. Plain Yogurt

Make dressing first by combining juice, oleo, sugar and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Combine cornstarch and water to make a smooth paste and add the hot mixture. Cook until thick. Cool and add mayonnaise or yougurt and combine all other ingredients. Chill.
