1 lb. 1/2 inch pieces of Italian Pork Sausage
1/2 c. Green Peppers
1/2 c. Onion
1 Clove Garlic
28 oz. Can Tomatoes, cut up
Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
2 (8 oz) cans Tomato Sauce Sauce
2 c. Water
3 Cubes Chicken Bouillon
1 Small can Corn
1 Small can Green Beans
3/4 c. Small Macaroni


Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, brown sausage (cut up), green pepper, onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, except the macaroni and cheese. Cover and simmer 10 - 12 minutes or until macaroni is done. Top individual servings with cheese. (Or make in a crock pot on low heat for 3 - 4 hours)
