1 lb large link sausage
1/4 c water
4 c sliced raw potatoes
1 tsp salt
t tbsp flour
1 1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Place sausages and water in a skillet over moderate direct heat. Cook for 7 minutes, turning once. Drain. Arrange half the potatoes in a well greased heat resistant glass layer cake dish. Sprinkle with half the salt and flour. Repeat the procedure, using the other half of potatoes,salt and flour. Pour milk over potatoes. Arrange drained sausages on top and bake in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done. Sausages should be turned once after about 45 minutes of baking.
