1 gal. carrots
2 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Mixed Spices
3 1/2 c. Vinegar
1 1/2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cook carrots for 10 minutes, drain. Slice carrots. Add sugar and spices to vinegar, simmer 15 minutes. Add carrots, cook 5 minutes. Cold pack for 5 minutes.
