2 cups plain flour
1 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
Craisins, optional

Sift the first four ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining wet ingredients. Mix together and pour into lightly greased bread pan, bundt pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until lightly brown on top (less time for muffins).

cup orange juice
cup powdered sugar
teaspoon almond flavoring
teaspoon butter flavoring
teaspoon vanilla flavoring
