1 tablespoon minced dried apricots
1 tablespoons apricot preserves
2 teaspoons dried cranberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
6-ounce Brie, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Brie horizontally, creating two equally thick rounds. Mix first 4 ingredients. Spread mixture onto the cut Brie. Top with other half Brie. Double wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Serve at room temperature or heat at 300 until warm, about 15 minutes. May microwave on High 3-5 minutes until hot.
