Take neck, heart, live and gizzard from turkey and place in a saucepan with water to cover. Add 1 bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste. Cover Simmer for 1 hour. Remove turkey parts and discard. Take 2 T. flour and add about 1/3 cup hot broth. Mix thoroughly. Add to cooking mixture, stirring constantly.

Stir and cook until thickened. Taste for seasoning. Add pepper. Add 6 boiled eggs to the mixture and cook for about 2 minutes or until warmed through.
