3 cup mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole. Cover with topping.

1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 stick butter
Mix well and sprinkle over souffle. Bake about 30 minutes at 350. Serve warm.
