3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 16 oz cans chicken broth
1 cup salsa
2 cloves diced garlic
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours on high or longer on low. Before serving, shred chicken or chop into bite sized pieces. To serve, each person crushes a few tortilla chips in the bottom of a soup bowl and then adds some grated cheese. Ladle the hot soup on top and garnish with more chips, cheese, or sour cream if desired.
