Crust:
2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Filling:
6 c. rhubarb
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Meringue:
6 egg whites
12 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter, and sugar as you do for pie crust. Pat into 9"X13" greased pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 F.
Cut up rhubarb. Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, salt, milk, and flour. Mix in rhubarb, and pour over crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F.
Beat egg whites, add sugar and vanilla as you beat to form stiff meringue. Put on top of rhubarb, and bake until brown.
