1 (13 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix or 1 (13 oz.) can regular pumpkin + 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger, and pinch of cloves
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 package yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend pumpkin mix, evaporated milk, eggs and sugar. Pour into well greased 9 x 13" pan. Sprinkle on dry cake mix and pat lightly (it will float). Sprinkle nuts on and drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake at 350º F for 1 1/4 hours. Top should be golden and sharp knife in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
