3 lbs pork back ribs cut into 3 rib serving pieces
sprinkle of salt and pepper
2 Medium onions, chopped or slice
1 c Water
3/4 c ketchup
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange 1/2 ribs in small roaster. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread 1/2 of onion over top.
Mix remaining 7 ingredients in bowl. Spoon 1/2 of sauce over first layer of onion and ribs. Cover remaining ribs, onions and sauce. Bake, covered in 350F oven for 1 1/2 hours until ribs are tender
