1/3 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
Two 6-inch whole wheat tortillas
1 medium cucumber, peeled and very thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, very thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leaves, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Use a spoon to soften the cream cheese.
Lay the tortillas out on a work surface and gently spread the cream cheese, in equal amounts, lightly over the entire surface of each tortilla.
Arrange the cucumber and tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and basil leaves, if using.
Roll the tortilla up tightly and cut into 2-inch pieces
