6 tbsp melted butter 1 1/2 lbs lobster meat cut in small pieces 1 c sherry 3 1/2 c of light cream 6 egg yolks 1 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Saute lobster in melted butter for about 5 minutes. Add sherry and simmer until all wine is absorbed. To beaten egg yolks add dry mustard, salt, pepper & light cream. Add to lobster meat and cook until thickened stirring constantly. Serve on party shells.
