1 pkg. freshly prepared meatballs from Publix
1 jar Rao's Marinara Sauce
1 pkg. Buffalo Mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Good quality olive oil
Fresh Basil, torn
Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meatballs in oven - 350 about 30 min.
Place in buttered casserole dish and cover with Rao's Marinara
which you've added 1 t. red pepper flakes and 3 T. shredded
fresh basil leaves. Top with handful torn basil leaves. sliced
Buffalo mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese. Cook on 400 for
15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.

This takes about two hours less time and is almost as good as
the original recipe. Once again, the Buffalo mozzarella is the key
ingredient.
