1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsps. butter

1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips, milk, salt and 2 Tbsps. butter in a double boiler and
set aside. Cream 1 cup butter and the brown sugar together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Set aside 1/3 of the
crust mixture. Pat the rest into a jelly roll pan. Spread the
chocolate mixture over the crust. Then flatten the rest of the
crust, and lay it on top of the chocolate in pieces. This will not
completely cover the
chocolate, but that is the plan. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes.
