Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger 1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage
1/2 finely diced white onion
3 med. cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes
2 cups sliced mushrooms
oregano
garlic powder
seasoned salt
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hamburger, sausage and onions until done. Make
sure the meat is in small pieces. Add the mushrooms, cans
of tomato sauce, paste and diced or fresh tomatoes.
I would start out with 1/2 tsp. of each spice and then keep
adding more until it tastes right to you. Generally it is better to
cook the sauce on low heat for several hours. If not, it can be
eaten as soon as everything is mixed in and hot. Spaghetti
noodles can be any type, but don't overcook them.

Personal Notes:
Most people make spaghetti sauce with canned sauce now
days. This is the recipe I used when my kids were all at home
and they didn't have the sauce ready made.
