3 T. bacon grease
1 slice onions, chopped
2 T. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 1/2 c. canned diced tomatoes
celery leaves or celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat bacon grease. Add onion and fry until golden.
Add flour, salt and pepper and cook until light brown (like a roux), stirring constantly. Add canned tomatoes and celery leaves or celery salt. Cook for another five minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.
