1 lb ground beef 1/4 c uncooked white rice 1 small onion 1 can tomato cup
can water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, uncooked white rice, small onion finely cut. Put meatballs in a skillet and brown on all sides until done. Add 1 can tomato cup mixed with can water and pour over the meatballs. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
