Baked pie crust 1 c white sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch 1 c water
3 Tbsp white corn syrup red food coloring
3 Tbsp dry strawberry jello
1 qt sliced strawberries
cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix 1 cup white sugar and 3 Tbsp cornstarch. Add 1 cup water and 3 Tbsp white corn syrup. Cook until thickened. Add red food coloring. Remove from stove an a 3 Tbsp dry strawberry jello (do not try to add prior to this or it will ruin your mix). Cool mixture and add 1 quart sliced strawberries. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with cool whip.
