2 acorn squash
4 tsp reduced calorie margarine
4 tsp unpacked brown sugar
1/8 tsp table salt, to taste
1/8 tsp black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Halve each acorn squash and remove seeds. Prick flesh all over with fork. Place 1 tsp each of margarine and brown sugar into each half.

Place squash, cut side up, on a dish and microwave on high power for 10 minutes. Season to taste. 2 points
